Cloud gaming in Xbox settings removed

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with loading up you're game saves? Are you having issues with this on local storage or is it through Cloud saved games? You may want to go into your
"Settings" under "System" then "Storage" and you can enable cloud saved games. Once you've done that you can start up a game save to the cloud instead of to the hard drive.

Similarly, I attempted to search for the game on Xbox Cloud Gaming, both in the Xbox app on a PC and from a web browser, but I couldn't locate it. Previously, the game was available to play this way. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any official news confirming whether the game has been intentionally removed from Xbox Cloud Gaming. When checking the game's store page, I noticed that it no longer lists compatibility with Xbox Cloud Gaming in its features.

At this point, we may have to wait for an official announcement to determine whether this removal is intentional or if the game will be reinstated in the cloud gaming service, as it's possible that it was temporarily removed.

games saves are stored in the cloud when you exit the game. Removing/uninstalling the game does not normally remove the saves (I don't know if this is different if you have the game refunded/revoked though). You can read more about cloud saves
