  1. Cloud Gaming in Northern Ireland

Recently my Xbox has been throwing up the notification “cloud gaming isn’t available in your region” to what I thought was a mistake as it is available in Ireland and the uk. We live on the same island as Ireland and are part of the uk but this is nor available to us along the with fact we pay as much as the people it is available too.

    region unsupported now

    Hi,

One thing to point out, I'm having the same exact issue as the Original Poster.

However Ireland and Northern Ireland are two different nations technically.

Northern Ireland is a part of the United Kingdom.

While Ireland is just Ireland. (Republic of Ireland)

I live in Northern Ireland as well and cannot use cloud gaming anymore or get points or things like that from playing games even though I have Ultimate.

This problem showed up a few days ago.

    To add:
Using PC, and trying to stream to it from my Xbox Series S

Added a screenshot of the error message.

Can’t order design lab products to Northern Ireland

The error is when inputting post codes:
We are currently unable to ship Northern Ireland postal codes in the UK

Is there a reason for this? Considering Northern Ireland shares a land border with Ireland and they can get deliveries just fine.

Xbox Design Lab Shipping to Northern Ireland

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

No, you can't. Northern Ireland isn't listed as an Xbox supported region so the controller can't be shipped there.

    For reference see here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions
Hi, I’ve checked the XBox link and the United Kingdom is there. Northern Ireland is still part of the UK (Great Britain & Northern Ireland) and even if it was deemed instead to be linked to the island of Ireland as sometimes happens with trade Northern Ireland should be included there instead. It all seems a bit strange and the glitch needs fixed.
