Not.to mention it is no longer upto Microsoft no more

You have other cloud providers now with the same library due ti the EU deal

And anything outside of EU is now Ubisoft due to the cma ms abk deal

Hello, unfortunately the country of Jordan is not currently supported for official use with XBOX Live, so unfortunately that answer would be no. Using any methods to get around this would only cause you problems in the long run with purchasing DLC etc.

May I know if you tried reinstalling the game before restoring the created backup?

**If you didn't tried that please do it, but make sure your backup is stored in the cloud. In some cases you can upload it to the Nintendo switch cloud, but this really depends on the game
