Cloud Gaming in Brazil isn't as Advertised

Hello peeps! I'm a Brazilian who got into the xCloud Project in Brazil to test out Microsoft's new game streaming service, and I gotta say, I'm impressed. I've always had issues with Steam streaming within my own house, so I was surprised to see just how stable xCloud is on my 5G connection, but therein lies the issue. Microsoft has been advertising this service as "play anywhere" but in my country that's more like "play anywhere within range of your 5G capable router". Brazil is an underdeveloped country through and through and our internet connection is a reflection of that, some places still have copper telephone lines still, just to give you an idea, and I'm pretty sure we don't have any 5G towers yet, so if you can't find 5G anywhere but at a techie's home nor can you use your phone data to play, how can you truthfully claim that you can "play anywhere"?

Of course, you can technically play on a 4G connection, but it's such a choppy mess that it's basically unplayable. If someone can show me that I'm wrong, I'll be more than happy to change my opinion, though.

T.L.D.R.: Very good on a 5G connection, terrible at anything less, which isn't viable in an underdeveloped country.
