Cloud gaming graphics much better on Forza 5 than Forza 4

Forza horizon 5 has better graphics because it's a game released with another technology, friend. Being superior to forza 4, in all feelings.

Have you tried using xcloud through the browser too, to check if it's a bug in the place where you're playing the game?

Forza 5 is a brand new game developed with Series X and XCloud in mind

Contrary to popular belief, putting games on Xcloud isn't like installing a game at home, there needs to be various tweaks and settings done for optimal performance. Racing games are very challenging to compress in general due to the high speed and rapid changes, so it would make sense the developers would have built stuff into the game itself to make it look its best

forza 5 is easier to play than forza 4, but I find it hard to drift in forza 5, and the whole finger vibration is a little distracting, the graphics just seem darker, forza 4 still remains the best simulation racing game of all time. a game for car lovers,
and a game to make car lovers want to play

A GIF showing roughly the same shot from Forza 4 and Forza 5 has been posted on MisterX's blog, I was actually surprised how much better Forza 5 looks over 4. I knew 5 looks better, just not THAT much better.

Its about half way down the page after all the shots of Forza 5 running on a 4K display.

My understanding is that Forza 5 takes advantage of some cloud-based graphics rendering and race hosting on Azure servers, so an Internet connection may be required for Forza 5. As far as I know, Forza 5 is currently the only Xbox One game that is using
any cloud rendering.
