    Thank you for providing the detailed information.

    Yes, the option to play on cloud cannot be seen when the game is already installed. It is a very interesting topic that you have brought out. It seems this how it goes currently but we can provide feedback so the option to play on cloud for installed games should still have the button option to play on cloud without going to the Xbox Game Pass library and search the game available to play on cloud.

    That's sad to hear.

    Well, to avoid this problem in the future I think could be great that before closing the cloud gaming session go back to the main game screen and leave it there for about 1 min and then end your cloud gaming session

    Now, about the thing with the audio... are you experiencing this only with this game?

I escalated your issue to Xbox Teams and since you are participating in the Cloud Beta, we made an adjustment on our end to better track networking issues. I would ask that any time you face networking issues please submit feedback through Report a Problem or the feedback channels available to you. We are doing our best to improve and create a better Cloud gaming experience and we can't without feedback from users.

    If you want better metrics reported, the Xbox Insiders does that for us, that when you send information or feedback or reports we get information and data in reference to our apps to see where the issues are and find ways to see if we can fix or improve it.

    The issues you detail, and record can be essential in the development of Xbox Cloud gaming and the feedback you give goes straight to the teams where they can confront it directly. Of course, when you give feedback, it takes a while for it to be found, repaired and implemented so that's why we asked many to join insiders especially if they're trying developing software like Cloud gaming.

    Upon isolating your concern this would appear that the issue only occurs during cloud gaming.
    As much as we would like to provide you troubleshooting for resolution since cloud gaming just got started there could be chances of improving the platform. We would appreciate if you send a feedback through feedback hub stating the information you have shared in here. Additionally, please send a report to Team Xbox for continuous improvement of cloud gaming. As you notice this will happen in the middle of a gaming session there could be possibility that an update can fix or else you will receive an answer from the team that specializes this area of matter.
