    Cloud Gaming Does Not Work


    I'm having exactly the same problem and have done the last few times I've tried. I've tried on my Android phone, iPad and Steam Deck - all exactly the same as you describe. Is there any chance of a fix, Microsoft? I pay for the ultimate subscription.

    Use the Report a Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support on your Xbox console to report an issue or unexpected behavior in a game or app, which helps Team Xbox investigate and fix issues on your Xbox console and Cloud Gaming services. This improves the gaming experience for you and everyone else in the community. At the same time, we will consult this with our internal support team for further updates. We will contact you as soon as we receive news about this issue.

    In the meantime, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
    - Check your network connection and speed. You need at least 10 Mbps of download speed and 4.75 Mbps of upload speed for Cloud Gaming.

    Why does my Xbox controller not work on the cloud gaming on the xbox app on my pc?

    Hi Geri,

    Thank you for your response here are the attempts of myself performing your suggestions.

    1. The controller is fully updated through the Xbox Accessories app, I do not know what you mean by repairing the controller to the PC.

    2. The controller works through both wired and wireless and I can navigate through the menu perfectly fine but when I open a game on the Cloud gaming app it does not work, It does work on installed games, however.

    3. I noticed that the controller did not work within the cloud gaming app is the first time trying to open any games within the cloud gaming app. I attempted to play through the browser Xbox website cloud gaming app and this worked perfectly fine.

    4. It has never worked on the Xbox app Cloud gaming but it works perfectly on the browser Xbox cloud gaming website.

    Hopefully, a fix can be found for this.
