Cloud gaming button in Xbox app on PC disappeared

I checked the game is Xbox play anywhere in fact I remember I initially played it on the cloud and then on pc but at the moment all the saves disappeared. Can Xbox check my cloud and see if there's an old game save?

I don't have a console, I don't have the game installed on my PC, nor the xbox app, and I only play from the "Cloud Gaming" website.
Why does it say if I want to sync with the cloud or local?

All achievements have been cleared, 620 cars, 100,000,000 Crs, Level 550, 600,000 reward points.

Everything disappeared because I pressed a button on a sync screen.
THERE WAS NOT EVEN A WARNING!
It's very easy to lose all your game progress in cloud gaming...

Let's try another method.

Please, install the Xbox PC app and launch the cloud games from there:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Select the Cloud Gaming tab and launch a game.

Should I completely log out of the Xbox app in my first computer? I can't get the Cloud Gaming button to appear within the app even in my second PC even if the first one is shut down.
