    When I try to play a game on cloud gaming on PC, I click play (on any game, I tried 5 or 6 different games), the screen goes black for 1 second and then nothing happens.

    i cant play a game on cloud gaming, when i press play just a black window flash and then it closes nothing no error nothing

    When I open a game in cloud gaming mode on the pc app I only get a black screen and nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas what’s wrong, and how to fix it?

    I understand how frustrating it must be that you are experiencing this issue. If possible, have you tried using Remote Play on a different device to see if the issue affects multiple devices? You can test it on your phone using the Xbox app: https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/game-setup-and-play/how-to-set-up-remote-play

    Open the Xbox mobile app.
    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.
    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    Xbox app streaming black screen

    Same here.

    Since a few days, Xbox App stream just show a black screen, whether I want to stream from cloud, my XSX, or XO.

    Old "Companion" app still streams perfectly for XO. Cloud works perfectly from browsers on the PC. It's clearly the Xbox App that's at fault here.

    Hey! There is currently an outage affecting Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games or be unexpectedly disconnected from a game after it begins. This is currently being investigated.
