    Cloud Gaming Backwards Compatibility Issue?


    Whenever I play a backwards compatible xbox360 game through pc cloud gaming my profile is either 1: signed in but cant connect to xbox live, or 2: not there, so I have to download it in which it will say "there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in". I am 100% sure that it is not my connection that is the issue. This may or may not be a cloud gaming issue, as I have just recently moved away from home and no longer have access to my physical 360, which I was able to play online with.

    My account does not have 2FA.

    Are you experiencing the cloud syncing issue when playing a Xbox One game or a Xbox 360 backwards compatibility game? If this is for a backwards compatibility game, did you ensure that the saves you're loading are syncing fully to the cloud? For steps on

    Unable to transfer games/DLC from Xbox 360 to Xbox One via Cloud Storage

    The backward compatible version of Borderlands includes the DLC with it, so there is no need to download it. As for the cloud storage, only game saves can be stored in the cloud. Some backward compatible games include DLC that you can download to the Xbox One, others like Borderlands include it in game.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Do you mean that the file sizes for the saved data average in Mbps, or that the upload speed is in Mbps? Any disc games that are backwards compatible will need to be installed on the Xbox One by placing
    the disc in the console. Any digital backwards compatible games will show up in ready to install as soon as the account is placed on an Xbox One and signed in. We have a list of all
