Cloud gaming absolutely atrocious these days when is it going to be sorted

Have tried and tried to use Xbox cloud but it is just awful long waits to play and disconnects a lot if you can be bothered to wait why offer something through game pass that just is not up to scratch

As a player, I am also affected by the long queues in cloud games. According to information found on the internet, they say that Microsoft is already aware of this problem. So there is a team working tirelessly to find the solution and resolve this inconvenience that affects us all.

Hopefully it will be solved soon, I can't give you a specific date since I'm just a player like you. I am not a Microsoft employee.

Yep, my Day One controller has started to move around when applying pressure below the right stick. It's clearly coming apart. My other controller is misaligned, and the bumpers feel totally different on both sides of both controllers. The quality control
on these things is absolutely atrocious.

I absolutely think physical games are a thing of the past and will soon be digital and cloud based. I'm going to register for X Cloud preview now!

Two things:

1) I'm in the same boat as everyone here.

2) How has a Microsoft employee not made any kind of comment on this thread? That's absolutely atrocious customer support.
