    What Microsoft game are you asking about? And what do you mean by "cloud capture"?

    Do you mean a savegame in the cloud, or do you want to upload a video capture of your game to the cloud?

    If you mean where to store your videos and screenshots. This is in the Upload Studio console. And you can download these videos and screenshots via xboxdvr.com.
    There you can register your MS / XBOX account and you will be able to find your uploaded videos and screenshots right there.

    Both captures in the console or cloud i had,but the captures in console missing.Captures in cloud still works.

    It sees like a ridiculous bug to this product?I play game in this console almost a year and there is lots of game capture which is the moment time i enjoy it.

    Game can uninstall it,but the captures never come back?

    I am so disappointed,upsetting and annoying.
