Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep your games if you plan on creating a new account. Are you saying that the person that stole your Xbox is logging you out? In that case, all you have to do is

change the password to your Microsoft account to keep them from logging in. this works, even if you had your account set to auto sign in.

Je passe bien par l'application Xbox (Beta) pour jouer et tout aller bien le mois dernier (sur un compte différent).

Il y a ce message qui apparait "Il semble qu'il y ait un problème avec votre compte du Store. Cliquez ici pour le résoudre.".

Lorsque j'essaye de le faire, il me demande de me connecter mon ancien compte que j'ai clôturer (ce qui sera effectif dans 60 jours) et donc j'ai le message suivant qui apparait "Désolé, une erreur s'est produite".

Je suis dans une impasse...
