One Two Free Punch

Hello, I completed One-Two-Free Punch in freedom rewards about a week ago and have since already been rewarded for offers I’ve completed after One-Two-Free Punch. Was wondering if you could help. Sorry if I’m just being impatient.

Hi spudboy1969. Your Fallout Shelter consumable purchase was 3.99€. The purchases needs to be at least 5€ to qualify for the 1-2-Free offer.

Hi Locke Kincaid. As previously stated in your first thread (Missing rewards again go Freedom Rewards), you were awarded Credits for
the purchases you've provided images of. The first image of the offer with the three green punches means you've completed the offer. Credits for both purchase portions of FREEdom were pending in your account until yesterday when they were deposited to your
Microsoft account. Your Free Ride Credits are now also pending in your account.

If you go to your
MyRewards page, scroll down to your Statement and change the filter to "Current Month". You will see this:

02/07/2018 - FREEdom Rewards – Free Pass (2,000 Rewards Credits) - 2,000 Credits

02/07/2018 - FREEdom Rewards – One-Two-FREE Punch (3,000 Rewards Credits) - 3,000 Credits

[table][tr][/tr][tr][/tr][/table]

Those were converted to currency and deposited February 21st.

Hello Eli Wolfjah,

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our purchase data that is in the process of being resolved. Due to an issue with the purchase database, purchases made after January 22nd have been delayed, and not yet received. After investigating
your account with another source, we see that you have consumable purchases for Warframe, Fallout Shelter, and Gems for another free to play title. Since these purchases occurred on or after the 24th, we have not yet received that data. Once this issue is
resolved, you should begin to see your purchases filter in and be processed for Rewarding. We have received a recent update from the team working on this issue that has informed us that this error will be resolved shortly. Again, apologies for any inconvenience
caused by this delay while we recover and catch up on Rewarding.
