Hello, I closed my old account in 2016 and I see looking for a friend my old account. Screenshot, video, bio ... I do not remember the email address because it no longer exists. Is it normal that I can still see my old account? I had closed the account
so it should not exist anymore.

If you have closed the account - as in deleting it - it's gone and after 60 days after you decided to do that it's gone. Nothing is retrievable.

You will need to create a new account to play. Unfortunately all your screenshots and videos are gone if you closed the microsoft account.

If you closed it via this method:
https://account.live.com/closeaccount.aspx the account and everything with it is gone and you can not get it back.

Even if the email does not exist anymore you can still log into the microsoft account with it and if you need the password you can reset it via this page and have the email sent to another email:

After you recover your account you can switch the emails to one that is active (but not Hotmail, Live or Outlook) via this method:

What I mean is that I can make the friend request and see the activity flow while the account is supposed to be delete. I'll better watch your links and see that.

 

There is actually no way to completely delete an Xbox account from the servers once it has been created. So it is normal to still see it. The above method of closing the account will only close the Microsoft account itself.

It's my account, I want it to be deleted, I do what I want.

In this case, if it stays on the servers, it can be retrieved.

There is personal information so it concerns me.

I want it either to disappear completely or to return it to me.

 

Here's the warnings when you go to delete your account. If you still see the gamertag that either means you have not waited 60 days, logged back into the account before 60 days were up or your account is gone but someone else took your gamertag and is using

During the waiting period, your account is marked for closure but it still exists. If you want to reopen your Microsoft account, just sign in again within that 60 days. We’ll cancel the account closure, and everything will be just as you left it."

The data is deleted when your account is deleted, after the 60 day waiting period.
