    Hello,

    I've got a problem with my account xbox live.

    I sell my Xbox 360 the 12 of June ( since 2 days) and I didn't close my account Microsoft.

    I didn't reset my account I forgot it...

    Now the new owner use my account for paye his engagement live and maybe more if we do nothing.

    Can you close my account and refund to me 19.99 euros.

    Hi,

    Im trying to delete an old email / hotmail account, but so far havent been able to because my free xbox account is linked to it.

    I want to either a) change the email account the xbox free account is linked to or b) close the xbox free account.

    Im not bothered which one - i just cant seem to do either at the moment. I cant even find where to change my region.

    I tried the link at the bottom left hand of the page, but it just puts me back onto US region.

    HELP!!!!

    I have been given a permanent ban for 'Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar' ie - skin colour...

    Who can I contact about this issue? I do not want my details saved and stored for a service I will no longer be using! You say It can't be accessed - I'm sure that's what's PSN thought, nothing is safe, and I don't want my personal details including credit
    card details stored for a service I will no longer be using!

    You should call xbox customer support. Even though you are banned, they can still remove your CC information.

    You wont be able to close your profile due to the fact that your banned permanently from Xbox live. All person information and credentials wont be able to be accessed by anyone; Not even someone from Xbox customer support. So, dont worry!

    If you go here - https://account.xbox.com/profile/protection you can remove your account from all consoles so it is required to be redownloaded before it can be used again. You'll want to change
    your password so the other person can't redownload it.
