    I don't know if 343 monitors these forums or if this is a complete waste of time. Regardless...

    It shows 343 put a lot of effort into Halo 5. It opens quick, resumes quick, and I have had zero technical problem with this game. I can only hope that when they pour over the stats that they've been accumulating they don't miss the fact that while most
    matches are close from a score perspective, they are typically extremely lop sided when it comes to individual players.

    I would think the perfect game would have a final score +/-5 points with a Kill differential between players of +/-5 as well. What seems to be fairly typical, 3 guys with similar performance on the Blue team with one guy getting the crap beat out of him.
    Likewise on Red, but slightly more lop sided with one guy carrying the team with the one really, really having a bad day, yet the final score was 49/50. I know it's possible to achieve close matches like I'm talking about as Titanfall achieved this. Perhaps
    this will become less of an issue after more stats pour in, as Titanfall's matchmaking sucked originally as well.

    You've got to be dead and in the spawning screen for it to work. Just suicide or go jihad against a tank then switch.

    I think that the whole matchmaking issues with TF are the single biggest problem the game has - I am still going for the "win 50 of each match" achievements but it is taking forever because of exactly the same issue as explained in the OP

    I agree with you. I've had the same things happen many times.

    There's another issue too. Sometimes in an player slot in a lobby you see "Connecting..." which means a player is about to join, but sometimes you see "Loading...". I have no idea what "Loading..." denotes, but when the countdown gets to 10 seconds and the
    teams are shuffled, that "Loading..." slot counts as a player, so again you can end up with 5 on one team versus 3 + "Loading..." on the other, as the game thinks that's 5 Vs. 4. I played a game of LTS tonight where "Loading..." filled up a slot on my team
    throughout the whole match and into the next lobby as well.

    Im sure i am dead when i try , the only time i check the score is when im dead , thats when i notice the teams and try to switch.....at least i think it is ha ha ill give it another go next time im on :p

    That message still pops up but only when you try switching teams more than once in a short space of time.

    I find it stupid actually when the game can't balance you out automatically when ever one team drops below a respectable number of players - 7v12, 5v9, etc.

    I want to switch teams to join my friend who's on the other team but I can't because the stupid system thinks 9v11 is unbalanced yet it think 12v7 is fine and won't balance automatically.

    How is 12v7 even fun? That's worse than spawn trapping on a full 12v12 game. Makes me laugh when I'm on on the team with 7 dudes and everyone on the loaded team is busy try-harding everything that pokes it's head out.

    Blame rental servers,Admins can switch team balancing on or off or manually balance teams how they wish.

    I played a lot of COD as well, and they never had a problem this bad. Teams were always filled much more quickly. I'm not exaggerating, more than half my games are with lop sided teams for most or all of the game. And in Titanfall, being short handed is
    a much greater handicap to overcome.

    This all started when they rolled out that skill based match making.
