Hello again, the best way to do this is to connect the two Hard HDs in the console so you can transfer the games.

Hello MontyGoat, if you're talking about transferring your games from your xbox internal HARD drive to an external HARD drive to connect to another Xbox, yes you can only sign in with the account that owns the games license.

And you can also download games between two Xbox consoles.

Finally got round to doing this and it worked (well it is still copying at the moment)

When I switched the Xbox on with the second drive connected to the side USB socket it was recognised and asked me to format it for games or media so I selected games. After selecting OK the Xbox went back to the normal screen very quickly so there was no indication if there was formatting going on in the background or if it was that quick. The new drive did not show up though till I rebooted the Xbox.

I started the copy of everything but again like the formatting there was no indication of what it was actually doing till I noticed there was suddenly 130 items in the queue which were all the copy tasks for each game.

Thanks, it never occurred to me that the Xbox would support 2 external drives at the same time and I could move stuff from one to another.
