    Clod gameing keeps crashing, turning to black screen


    The Green rocket is shown, and then it shows"this cloud session cannot be conected". Tried re installing. Cliked send feed back, it alowed me to do so, the showed black screen - when i tried to leave the app it asked if i wanted to exit game - so it did not kick me out but black screened. Its a new device with large RAM, and updated software.

    I was playing Battlefield 4 and the game crashed! I turned off the console and it took the Black Screen of Death!

    The game launches for 2-3 second,

    My screen turns black, my cursor turns into the game cursor, and then it crashed aka disappears. Sometimes it last 4-5 seconds and I see the first screen which says Xbox

    Just happened with Watch Dogs Legion.

    Game tried to load then hangs on black screen then crashes console.

    Have to unplug the console to get it to turn back on.
