    Clips “playing” but no video plays, audio does


    Strange error thats never happened to me before, no matter what I can’t watch ANY clips, however I can hear the audio perfectly in conjunction with how the video is progressing, super strange and it applies to literally every clip I make or view, game is skate 3 if anyone wanted to know.

    I havent been getting audio for the past couple weeks when playing titanfall and when I play the clips through smartglass the video plays at a rapid rate still with no audio. I have no clue whats going on with it.

    I am having an issue with trimming clips too but not the same as you. When I trim my clip and play it back the audio is off sync from the video. So I am sniping someone on BF1 and the sound of the gunshot is like 5 secs later.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that some of your clips will freeze the video while it is playing, but the audio will keep playing. Does every clip that you record have this issue when you watch them? We need to make sure that

    Windows 10 is up to date    . Also, you may want to make sure that the drivers for your video card are up to date. You can find out how to update your video card's drivers though the manufacturer's website or support website. Be sure to let us know the results!

    @Smartee, while some Android devices have an issue where audio does not play when watching game DVR clips, we have not seen this issue on any iOS devices. Is this happening on all game DVR clips?
