clipping does not work (recording does)

Discus and support clipping does not work (recording does) in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; everytime i click my keybind to clip something it does nothing, but if i record something then it does work (dont have any clips/vidoes on my pc)...     everytime i click my keybind to clip something it does nothing, but if i record something then it does work (dont have any clips/vidoes on my pc) please help my friends dont believe im a GOD in rocket league

    When I first got my Xbox, the game DVR was flawless. Recording clips in PvZ, Bf4, and Titanfall. But lately the only time the DVR works is when im playing games offline, and it automatically records certain moments. But as soon as you go online or try to
    manually record a clip in any form, it just wont respond. Yelling "xbox record that," the dialog box pops up, but does not record any amount of time, nor does the 5min-30sec manual record works. The Game DVR is more frustrating then anything!

    If you are talking about the built in clip recording on the Xbox One, it does not record voice.

    "XBOX record that" only recording 1 second clips??

    On Battlefield 4, "Xbox, Record That" isn't working, doesn't record anything, even though I get the notification that it does. And game dvr is only recording 1 second clips. Hope this gets fixed ASAP.

    you may have to remove/delete some old clips so that way you can record more

    This issue is unacceptable really how can i record 2 clips 1min and 2 min but onlt get 6 seconds. i can record clips on mw rarely and when it does they are fractions of clips man
