Click refresh in a game lags 3-10 secs

A game callwd Plarium has its own app. You select in the app which game of Plarium you play, then it opens second window for that particular game. I can make window full screen and i have no other apps running except Defender and Mcafee. When i click on simple thing like build troops, and if the game is multitasking a previous command result like an attack, it sliws drastically. As of today, i have all current Win 10 updates and Plarium updates, and they dont know what could be issues. Help! FYI, when i log in from my laptop, the game functions superfast and i have Defender and Macafee running and laptop is Win 10.

Is Defender better? Mcafee has great network boosts, performance ckeaners, etc. Maybe monday i should call mcafee? Or turnoff Defender and see what happens? Thanks for quick reply

Hello Boedecker, Windows defender is already a native antivirus in Windows running Macafee at the same time can bring conflicts to the system.

By its description this may be causing this instability in the Game App, or it may be some bug related to the game's own App.

Macafee by definition can have access to your video card drivers and change some settings, try disabling it or uninstalling the antivirus to see if the App is back to normal.

same issue with the tv set box of my internet provider, there is a lag like every 10 sec for 3-4 sec

Hi,

Refresh your cache memory, to do it go to the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec.

Restart console and try to play.

Does it work ?
