    THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBERS

    Purchasing Xbox Live with Prepaid cards.

    I dont know how you can mistaken a purchase

    The prepaid gift cards clearly state cannot be used for memberships

    Prepaid membership cards clearly state the months its available

    Dashboars deals and subscription also clearly state they are reoccuring subscription

    I posted asking about how long my communications where suspended for as the email didnt state it. It's been nearly 1 week and still nothing?

    This has happened to me as well as soon as my suspension for the same thing had finished I was all excited to play online again to come online and find it says I can't use communication features on my xbox. I then checked if I was given a communication suspension
    but it said I have no active suspensions.

    I was suspended for an argument CLEARLY started by the reporting player

    I'm automatically logged in on microsoft.com but now on the enforcement site, then when I press the sign in button nothing happens.

    Hi Shaun.

    I have just been the with the Safari and MS Edge browser, so it should be working. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or another browser ? From time to time, there has been some login issues. Can you login to your account @ account.microsoft.com and
    then go to the enforcement page ?
