    ClearAccess: DMZ

    ClearAccess (Modems/Gateways): DMZ
    Login Information

    • Gateway - 192.168.1.1
    • Username - admin
    • Password – admin

    DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar. (Or click the link) When prompted enter admin for the user name and admin for the password.
    3. From the menu on the left, select Advanced Setup.
    4. Select NAT from the submenu on the left.
    5. Select DMZ Host on the next submenu.
    6. Enter the IP Address of the Xbox.
    7. Select Save/Apply.


    Disabling DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar. (Or click the link) When prompted enter admin for the user name and admin for the password.
    3. From the menu on the left, select Advanced Setup.
    4. Select NAT from the submenu on the left.
    5. Select DMZ Host on the next submenu.
    6. Delete the IP Address that is entered where it says DMZ Host IP address.
    7. Select Save/Apply.

    The login is different on newer versions of firmware on these modems.

    Gateway - 192.168.1.1/admin

    The username and passwords are the same however.

    You can try first two easy things. First try to power cycle your console (all info here: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console). Look if fixed. If doesnt fixed, you can try to do a
    factory reset keeping all games and apps, this will refresh the operative system (all info here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults)

    If doesnt work, maybe could be more serious and could be some hardware issue, there I suggest too contact directly official xbox support through phone or chat here: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
