Clear some space on Storage Expansion Card - Infinite Loop

You could try selecting your hard drive in storage Pres Y and clear your cache. It may reset enough to stop your infinite loop lol.

I had this exact problem. While moving some games and apps from my internal hard drive to my seagate 1tb SSD, along the way my SSD became full and wouldn’t allow my last two apps(Hulu n Disney+) it would continuously pop up a screen that said Free up space on expansion card. But when I would try to click free up space or cancel, another window would pop up saying the same exact thing over and over. When the SSD was removed my Xbox would work perfectly. The only thing I could do to get it to eventually work was a factory reset. I did clear my cache before that also. But all good now.

I have the same exact problem.

Seems to me that my external drive is corrupted.

If I unplug it, the xbox runs just fine. As soon as I plug it again the message about clearing some space keeps popping up.

Any suggestions? Tried resets but nothing works

I think he is also saying that he would if he could but it is stuck on that clear up space screen. I have same problem.
