i have the gamertag “Dryc” at the moment and i want my classic gamertag to be “dryc” does it cost money to keep the capital one and change the classic one to lowercase

The bottom tag is concidered a classic gamertag and the top is part of the new gamertag policy. You somehow changed your classic tag and not the newer one. You would have to try changing it again to see if it shows the option for both and then change the top tag.

The old 360 gamertag is now considered a "classic" gamertag. You would need to change your tag again. If it gives you the option to change the classic tag, you would only change that one. Or you would change it on a 360.

Yes. The system doesn't see things like capitalization as making a gamertag unique, so in order to change it, you would have to change the tag to something else first, then change it back. So 2 total changes.

The "ItsKinto" tag is considered a "classic" gamertag. It shows up in games because it's part of the old system and those games haven't been updated to work with the new system. If changing your tag does not give the option to change your classic tag, the only other way I've heard of changing it is through a 360.
