    Class action lawsuit


    Anybody else not received their rewards and their accounts got reset? I haven't got a single reward point in over a year. On top of that, they won't and haven't responded to any of my forum or Twitter posts. I'm speaking with an attorney this afternoon and
    I advise you to do the same if you have the records. If we all do it then we might b able to get something actually accomplished. If they don't want to honor the system that they created, then i'm going to need to be compensated for their fraudulent activities
    and blatant disrespect toward their members.

    Class Action Lawsuit.

    Good luck last time I checked MS put in their TOS agreement that you cant do this because MS tryed to screw the customer with RROD and knew about it.

    The reset is just a glitch and is happening to everyone. Support is most likely not responding because they are working on fixing that issue. This is not the first time it's happened and it doesn't mean you've lost anything.

  6. man have you even tried to call the customer service or go through an official channel? Something other than a social space? Might want to try calling before you make legal threats on a forum post.

    A class action lawsuit is not going to produce any results. We are entering into this program voluntarily without any contractual obligations from either party. My issue is that they consistently provide us with this opportunity or that in order to add
    points to our reward account but do not accurately track or reflect the accomplishments. I should have more than 20,000 points on my account right now but it shows only 4,800. I have made the required minimum purchases in the past 2 months in order to add
    6,000 per month to my account but it has not been added. I have just made another pre-order for Mass Effect 3 - that is not showing up. My monthly recurring xbox live gold subscription is the only thing that has shown accumulation of any points. I am as
    frustrated as you are but you will spend far more money hiring an attorney to fight this voluntary participation than you will gain in the long run. I am more upset at the fact of being a continual fee paying member of xbox live for multiple years without
    recognition of service than I am over the $15 they will owe me once they fix my issues. I have followed multiple posts here and the response by the administrators or support team is appalling to say the least. I'm actually considering transferring to the
    Playstation Network if I cannot find resolution here.

    preorders don't count towards my vip rank it's just a bunch of garbage. This whole system is just an illusion of them being customer friendly. They push u to preorder then exclude it from rank. Way to screw over most loyal part of fanbase.

  10. Well then you should post in the support forum not the discussion forum as the sticky post at the top states. Otherwise, the staff cannot assist you with your issue.
