    Clarification on the minimum $40 for Lord of the Rewards


    To clarify, buying The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for $39.99 will NOT qualify by itself for Lord of the Rewards because it is 1 penny shy of the $40 minimum?

    Hello yukimoda,

    It can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. This is mentioned in the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since you completed two of your achievements on the 15th, we have processed that information. The remaining achievements you earned the following day (keep in mind we use the UTC time zone, as mentioned in the FAQ) have not yet been processed. Please allow
    more time for our system to process your latest achievement information before being Rewarded.

    So I've earned more than 5 achievements in Eventide: Slavic Fable but the rewards meter is only showing two out of five progress for Battle of the Balrog. Can someone take a look and tell me why it doesn't seem to be registering
    my achievements?

    We allow some "wiggle room" on offers, so being off by a penny will be fine. That purchase will still complete the offer.

    Points have been pending forever

    My points were pending forever as well, but I recently got them. I believe it has something to do with reaching a minimum threshold before they will award them to your account. I had 40 pts pending for about 5 months, but once I renewed my Family Gold Membership,
    my rewards points jumped considerably and within 30 days they were transfered to my account. I believe the minimum is 100pts. Hope this helps.
