    Hello, I have a problem with Xbox Game Pass save files on PC regarding the game Expedition 33. I just formatted my PC and I can’t find any save files anymore; shouldn’t they be available in the cloud? Thank you, Giulio

    Hi Giulio,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you reformatted your PC and you're trying to restore your saved progress for Clair Obscur.

    This title supports cloud saves and Play Anywhere. This means that if you were able to properly save your progress locally, it will automatically upload the same file/s to the cloud.

    However, you have to make sure that you have the latest Windows update and you're connected to Xbox live to ensure that your PC will have proper connectivity to cloud servers.

    Try to completely logout from your Xbox account and log back in to resync your profile and try again.

    That’s definitely a tough situation, especially after getting so far. One thing you can try is forcing a re-sync of your cloud saves for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

    Manage your cloud gaming saves and storage:

    Sometimes, if the local files were moved or changed, the cloud might still have a previous version saved. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then launching it without any save files present to see if it pulls down the cloud save version automatically. It’s not guaranteed, but it’s worth a shot if you haven’t already tried it. Fingers crossed it brings your progress back.

    Troubleshooter steps seem to have resolved the issue. Game save on the series x was today at 10:33. I shut off that console and powered up the Xbox one and, low and behold, the game save on that console was today at 10:33. Thank you VERY much!!!

    got my pass for 1800 just before christmas it was on sale :). but yes the season pass entitles you to download the first 4 dlc packs for gears of war 3 at no charge at a saving of 33%.
