    Im not receiving the Oni genji skin on Overwatch

    I have done all of the necessary steps to unlock the Oni genji skin. The challenge was to play 15 games of HOTS with a friend to receive the Oni genji skin (and a Zarya skin in HOTS but idc about that). When my friend linked his account he got the tracer
    skin, I didnt, but I kept on playing. I complete my 15 games and I recieved no link to get the goodies, but it shows that I'm linked on the xbox one. I don't know whats going on. In both overwatch and my Battle.net account it shows that they're linked, but
    I haven't received anything.

    If you started the Overwatch 2 Game without taking advantage of the merge option, is there a way to merge now? Was it only offered that one time? Is the merge still possible to be able to get the skins from Overwatch 1 moved over to Overwatch 2?

    Hello Alan, in the transition from Overwatch 1 to 2 Blizzard warned that the skin system would be changed and would have to advance in levels in the game so you can unlock the skins.

    You own the skins, but they will have to be unlocked.

    For most of them it is not necessary to battle passes, but for some alternative special skins, they will need the battle pass.

    When starting the game you have the option to merge your account, so follow the instructions below.~

    @Collapse But $ony showing games and more games at their console reveal that aren't all exclusives was surely to their benefit lol. Should've did some more TV, TV, TV, TV, TV, PS Eye, APPS, TV, TV, TV, PS, TV, APPS, VITA, TV, TV.

    $ony blew their load way too early and that's why they have to fall back on taking shots at M$. I was so stoked for their conference due to the amount of smack they were talking prior to it. If M$ didn't have the 24hr check-in $ony would be dead in the water.
