Claiming game on used xbox

I bought a used series x which included the forza 5 bundle can I claim the game on my account?

It has a tab saying claim for different account,

Says after completing setup add another account and claim on new account then go to account profile included with this xbox to claim,

Iv done all that and it just keeps taking me to that screen don't know what else to try

No. That would mean it was already redeemed by the original owners and those can only be redeemed once.

there is a issue with Xbox Live at the time, but you can try to use the gamepass app or go to xbox app and claim the games with gold from there. Also try at xbox.com and search the game with gold , , sign in and it should let you claim it

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to "claim" the Xbox One Free Games with Gold while on your Xbox 360.

One Xbox website, you can see the games that are currently available via the
Games with Gold section, and there are currently two Xbox One titles that you can claim.

In addition to using your PC to claim the Xbox One games, if you have already claimed the Xbox 360 titles on your console, you can also use the

Xbox Console Companion app claim these games while on the go.

Is your Xbox 360 up-to-date? If not, you can attempt to
update your console and see if this allow for those links to repair themselves. Otherwise there are still additional alternatives you can use to receive those games.

I claimed this months games with no problems, but he cant claim any games at the moment.

He is in the US? He is trying to claim his games via his console?

Has he tried claiming them via xbox.com, though should also work.
