I went to redeem my Xbox rewards and I selected the 5,000 credits and it sent me a code for some War Frame things? That’s not what I selected from the website?

Wrong prize sent

so is there nothing that can be done about getting sent the wrong claimed prize? I selected one thing and sent another? All I got in response was well you picked it? No I didn’t .

there is one person ( droning silence ) on the whole of these forums who claimed he got his account migrated back and everything returned, funny thing is he dont ever say how he got it back and he never answers any messages, i think its a plat to give us

Xrene: I don't know..:maybe. I just filed a claim thing on my gamer tag through activision so I hope it gets resolved. It's one thing after another and I'm sick of it.

You have to log into your account on the Forza 5 website and claim it through the website. I thought the same thing and then got on the website and followed the steps to claim it and they put the credits in my account on the game.

I click on the ‘Claim for another account’ and I get “After completing setup, add another account and claim Fortnite Gilded Hunter Pack, On the new account go to Account>Profile>Included with this Xbox console to claim”

Again if your comment were true I would’n be given this instructions right?

The thing is that I follow them but still cannot see the packs in my son’s account.

No one here can do a thing at all.

If someone else got into and was using your account, phone support are the only people who can do anything at all, by opening an unauthorized access claim.
