    Claimed 10k MS Point Error


    I attempted To claim mine 10000 point reward using my 500 and 25 gems for which the cost was only 500 and at the confirmation screen it said there was an error something went wrong in to post my incident on the support forums so here I am

    20,000 MS Points I didn't purchase

    I don't feel it was compromised, seeing as how nothing was purchased on the account with MS points, and apparently 10k were refunded and there's 0 MS points on the account. I'm about to check my CC statement, however even if this is an error on their part
    I don't enjoy getting random emails stating 240 bucks were spent. Besides, I don't see how someone can refund points anyway. That would have to be from billing.

    Refresh the page and try again. This happened last time they restocked the vault. Sometimes it may take a few times to go through.

    Due to a large amount of users claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. If the process fails, you can wait and try again.
