    I already did that. I contacted 3 agents just this whole week alone. The last agent I spoke with told me to post something here and they would respond asap.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. We cannot assist with any issues on your Microsoft Account like refunds. Since you do not have a Rewards Account, you seem to be posting on the wrong forum. You would have to reach out to Xbox Support for assistance
