    Failed delivery of 5,000 rewards points with purchase from Xbox One controller design lab

    I ordered my controller and it said I'd get 5,000 rewards points with the purchase. I purchased it and never got my points.

    VIP star rank reset?!

    Logged in today to see that my progress on my VIP star rank has been reset?! I was nearly rank 3 as well...

    Also it still says I haven't pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 when I have, ordered it in December was the 3rd purchase for my punch card which I never got the points for Claim for purchase never ordered :(

    Thanks for your reply.

    Very strangely, when I checked the order history, it says that the order for this game has been “refunded”, but I never claimed a refund.

    Why would I even claim a refund as this game came as a bundle with the console?

    I don’t an active xbox live gold membership at the moment, but I don’t this game requires one as I had purchased it without a gold membership discount on subscription.

    Please advise how I can get my game back running.

    It's claimed but not listed under my purchase history. I only have one account I use, so I don't know how it's claimed. I tried with support 3 times, but I guess I never specifically asked if they could track down the user that "claimed it"

    i got a message yesterday that i got a winning reward of x box , fortnite and 5 entries or ticket of sweepstakes .

    Definitely double check that email. You may need to respond to it in order to claim your prize. Remember that Xbox will never ask for your email or password for your account. Never give out personal information to people you don't know.
