Cities skylines won't load

I have played Cities skylines windows 10 edition on PC via XBox app game pass but the other day it was stuck on "loaading" for over 2 hours and still would not load.

I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but it still won't load.

Also the XBox app won't accept text in the feedback form

Tried just now, with all my PC & network settings as before, and Skylines loaded and with my existing game,.

most likely problems connecting to the skylines server.

if hard reset and reinstalls didnt work, id guess it would have to be this, and you might just have to wait it out.

I will bookmark that web page XBF but I note there is nothing there which suggests a test to see if there is an issue at the XBox app end ;-)

From many years of using PCs and th'internet I can guarantee that if I haven't changed anything my end, or installed new software, the problem will be at the suppliers' end.

So in this case Lavindathar's post was the accurate one.

I just hope all these glitches will be ironed out before MS launches FS2020, if indeed they will launch via the XBox app.

Tried your suggestions and nothing changed but thanks for the reply and see my reply to Lavindathar.

Because the game had loaded OK a few times before and a newly installed game wouldn't load I suspected a problem at MS's end.
