Cities Skylines: Tools Menu?

Discus and support Cities Skylines: Tools Menu? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I've downloaded Cities Skylines for Windows 10. I'm looking to edit maps.     Cities Skylines: Tools Menu?


    I've downloaded Cities Skylines for Windows 10.

    I'm looking to edit maps. Any tutorials I see on YT say simply to go to Tools -> Map Editor. However, there's no Tools option in the menu.

    Any chance this version 'doesn't' have that 'feature' (...which would really stink, btw, now that I've paid $30)...

    Hey there, when going to 'My games and apps' then hovering over Cities Skyline, press the menu button, then go to 'Manage', is anything there?
