Circle icon moving on it own

May I know what do you mean by the Xbox controller circle icon?
Do you mean the Xbox logo button that we use to turn on-off our controllers?
Or do you mean the stick itself?

Hello Christopher, if your controller is not working as expected. Try cleaning carefully the stick by following the recommendations from this article:

If the problem remains, may I know if you can test your controller with a different device?

I have clean it before and never try on different devices before…so I just tested it this morning on my iPhone (wow what did I miss out).

No problem on it though, and I’ve try to recabarrat it on Xbox and still having the problem though…do you think it could be Xbox itself or something else?

Hello Christopher, I'm sorry to hear that. In this situation, I recommend you to get the controller replaced by Microsoft if it's within warranty.

However, if the controller is out of warranty, you can repair it at a reputable electronic repair shop.
