Chute de FPS avec manette Xbox Elite[FPS drop with Xbox Elite gamepad]

re bonjour ,

j'ai pas mal chercher et toujours pas trouvé de solution , par contre j'ai réussi avec steam a connecté une manette de switch pro , et ca fonctionne parfaitement.

il doit y avoir un problème avec les drivers usb ou je ne sais pas quoi d'autre .

je voudrais reset mes driver usb mais je ne sais pas lesquels il faut supprimé , et comment les supprimé ( j'imagine dans le gestionnaire de périphérique ! )

Ps : je me demande si le problème ne viendrais pas d'une mise a jour .....

Alors vraiment désolé pour les désagréments concernant votre manette Elite.

Je ne travaille pas pour Microsoft, je suis ambassadeur, nous aidons pour les petits soucis mais ne pouvons pas vérifier où en est votre dossier…

Maintenant, la manette Elite est garantie 1 an partir de la date d'achat, si vous avez des problèmes avec elle, normalement vous avez soit appelé le support Xbox https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
( même si vous n'avez pas d'Xbox mais un pc , la manette elle c'est la marque Xbox donc faut appeler Xbox… ) ou bien vous avez vous même rempli la demande de support en ligne. Ensuite vous avez du recevoir un n° de dossier ainsi qu'un email avec des étiquettes
imprimer pour renvoyer la manette défectueuse ( sans les accessoires ni batterie ) et dans un délai entre 10-20 jours ouvrés Microsoft vous renvoi une nouvelle manette elite (si la panne provient bien d'un défaut et non d'une mauvaise utilisation).

Mais bref, je ne sais pas où vous en êtes car vous parler d'une validation d'un fichier ???? Ok d'accord mais pouvez-vous être plus précis ? La manette est toujours chez vous ? C'est quoi le problème ? Elle est déj partie mais ne revient
