    Choppy Gameplay


    Ever since the brand new update, games have been noticeably
    running bad    . I'm trying to play the SP of Gears of war 4 and audio constantly cuts out, the game freezes momentarily(cutscenes and gameplay) and characters cut each other off with dialogue. (happens with other games)

    Ive restarted, power cycled and even cleared the MAC address. These only provided momentary relief. I have just shifted to a
    new internet system, if that helps.

    Please help, this is game breaking!

    (RANT)After three months of owning the XB1 I regret buying it.

    Choppy gameplay on bf4 huh? No issues here.

    During my gameplay, the game keeps freezing for a second, then back to normal, but after a few seconds, again same situation, Is Impossible to play like these, anyone knows a reason, and specially, a solution?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried a
    Factory Restore     yet? Go ahead and try that by selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps' and let us know if it helps.

    It was in my external hard drive (which is the liscensed seagate one), I swapped it into my internal and the issues were resolved

    But thankyou for the advice regardless
