Nope, without an official DP cable from MS (which does not exist), the Xbox cannot use the DisplayPort interface properly.

In another year or two you might see HDMI 2.x to DP converters which will give the 60Hz/4K output, but as it stands right now they are very rare if the exist. Most are still HDMI 1.x to DP converters.

I wouldn't consider anything that does not offer 4k @ 60fps (Or 4k ((Upscaled) @ 120fps) to even be next/current-gen. We've been living in a 30fps world for far too long. Upgrades we're promised and while many games aren't optimized perfectly (and, lets be honest "Series X/S Optimized" really just means "we upgraded it for the Series X capabilities and just assumed it would be fine on the Series S") better performance should be expected.

A 4K TV with Xbox One X is the Optimal experience, it's not mandatory. The console can make use of 'super Sampling' which will give a better picture on a 1080p TV than a standard Xbox One or Xbox One S.

So o can connect the hdmi 2.1 to a regular 4 k 2.0 hdmi port but I will not get the full experience or
there will be like some xbox series xs that have different cables.

No, The Xbox Series X has a HDMI 2.1 port therefore it will always ship with a HDMI 2.1 cable,

Yes, you can connect a HDMI 2.1 cable to a HDMI 2.0 port on your TV, you'll just be limited to 4K at 60hz, which is no different to what it like to play on the Xbox One X right now,

As long as you have HDMI 2.0 port on your TV you'll be fine to use the Xbox Series X, but if your wanting to experience 4K at 120hz, you'll need a TV or Gaming monitor that has HDMI 2.1 ports.
