Choose Your Game 25 Digit Code?

Yesterday around 6/7 pm I went to the xbox website to redeem my "choose your game" card. I typed in the code, selected Forza 6, and it said my 25 digit code would be sent soon. So I waited. it is now 9:20 pm the following day and it is not here yet. Do I
continue waiting, or should I contact someone?

Also, there is no reason as to why it can't be automated. It is absurd that you need 2 different codes in order to download one game. This is a process that DESPERATELY needs to be improved.

p.s. Yes, the email I put in was correct. I triple checked before entering.

Xbox Redemtion code

You have to enter the 16 digit code on the Name Your Game website (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/). You will choose the game you want there and they will send you a 25 digit
code for the game.

 

Help! Redemtion Code Defect

If it's the 16 digit code, you have to first enter that code on the Name Your Game website and choose the game, then wait for the 25 digit download code. https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/

If it's the 25 digit code, you will need to fill out the form on the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance - https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html

 

It also says "sorry, this email has already been used to claim the offer." but I have not gotten my 25 digit code. Is there anyway that it could resend the code?
