    UPDATE

    The new version that came out has fixed my issue. Both my phone and PC are using version 22.23.11005.00000 as of this posting and I no longer receive the popup when sending a message.

    Issue is now fixed.

    At least you can send messages, it doesn't let me send it on my xbox or on the website... AND I JUST GOT GOLD TODAY, i didn't need to confirm it because I didn't do anything wrong... I just don't get why it does it, me and my dad spent hours trying to fix
    it and it just wouldn't work so we gave up and I still can't message people.

    thought i had the same problem... turns out achivements and profiles are taking forever to load over the past 24 hours.

    i left it on the "customize profile" screen for a few minutes (as my profile picture was not showing either) and the magical "ban" disappeared.

    What it sounds like is this there is 2 types of bans

    Account level- which means it only affects that particular account

    Console level- which affects any profile on that particular console

    So if you can not do any thing on any profile on that console it sounds like you may have a console ban those will not show up in your enforcement history on the enforcement teams website.
