Choose One Full Game Download (Forza 6) - referred by Xbox Customer Support Rep.

Hello,

I recently purchased a brand- new Xbox One in store at a licensed distributor of Microsoft (Best Buy). Along with the system came 3 redeemable code cards. One for a 14 day xbox live gold trial, one for a gears of war downloadable character skin, and one
entitled "Choose One" of four games which were: Forza 6, Rise of The Tomb Raider, GOW Ultimate Edition, and Rare Replay. The first two codes worked perfectly as I successfully redeemed them. The last code (Choose One of Four Full Game Downloads card) says
to follow these steps:

1. Enter redemption code below at xbox.com/name-your-game (Done.)

2.Follow on-screen directions to select game (I selected Forza Motorsport 6)

3. Game Code will be sent to the email address you provide during the redemption process (Not Receieved, Spam/Junk/Inbox all checked.)

Code Expires 12/31/16

I Spoke to an Xbox Support Representative multiple times over the phone and was referred here by an employee (Terry). I was told I would be supplied a code here.

Actually the link you have provided shows that you had a little trouble following the right link where you can purchase the game and somewhat you misunderstood the first line of the ad:

The only one where you can play Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Forza Motorsport 6 this year (this means that only through an xbox one console you can play these titles)

Sea of Thieves promotion issue

I was referred here by the xbox support customer service. I purchased the Sea of Thieves promotion but was charged full price of the 3 month subscription and did not receive the promotion package. According to customer support I had to post here to have
it changed and resolved.

Phone and chat support don't handle promotions so they don't usually have correct information about them.
