    `Choose another item` Microsoft jigsaw collection


    Is anybody else getting this message when they try to play on the Microsoft jigsaw collection;

    `choose another item.This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft jigsaw`?

    I wasnt trying to buy anything just trying to get into `my collections` where I had amassed over 100,000 points!!

    Lost gold points and access to Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have lost access to all of my more than 30,000 collected gold points as well as nearly all my bought puzzle collections and was not able to sign in.

    In stead I got this dutch message:

    'Kies een ander item

    Deze in-app is niet meer beschikbaar in Microsoft Jigsaw'

    Which translates into:

    'Choose another item

    This in-app is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw'

    What has gone wrong here?

    I can't sign in to Microsoft Jigsaw

    Since October 1st, when I launch Microsoft Jigsaw I get an Error CHOOSE ANOTHER ITEM

    This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw.

    I have uninstalled and then re-installed the App, but nothing has changed. How can I fix this?

    not able to upgrade to premium

    I've been having this problem for a few days now. Every time I try I get a message. Choose another item. This in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. Followed by a different error code every single attempt. Hope this is fixed
    soon.

    Puzzles will not download

    Fighting the same issue since I got my HP ProBook
    So another user who was having this same problem. He figured out how to fix it for his computer, and I recommend trying this as well:

    In the Windows Search Bar type "choose which apps can run in the background".

    Click on the icon in the search that appears.

    Scroll down the window list until you find Microsoft Jigsaw.

    Set the switch next Jigsaw to ON (or toggle it OFF then ON).

    Then launch Jigsaw and see if it downloads the collections and/or Daily Challenges.

    Please write back if it works, good luck!

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!
