Chivalry 2 won't load main menu gets stuck after saying press enter. PC Games Pass

For Windows:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

If you mean that the game gets stuck loading before the main menu appears, then I also experience the same thing. The only thing that I've seemed to get it to forward me into the game is pressing the Xbox Home button so the Xbox Guide appears, then simply
press B and the game finishes loading up. I hope this helps.

Yes, I am using a PC with Windows 10.

And unfortunately there is not much else to provide. Like I said, when I am launching the game, the main menu says to press any button. I do that, in-game microsoft windows pops-up and asks me to sign in my microsoft account. When I'm done, in-game error appers saying:

"error encountered while signing into xbox live"

then I get 2 options - Retry and Cancel. Cancel simply brings me back to the main menu asking to press any button, and if I click Retry. the loading icons loads infinitely, with no effect.

This is very disappointing. My friend gifted me this game, and I cannot even play it because of some stupid Xbox Live error.

i have an xbox one and i bought the digital version of modern warfare 2 earlier this morning and ever since i cant even get passed the loading screen. it doesnt say an error or anything but after i press a button to start it sends me back to the loading screen and im stuck on there. ive tried resetting the xbox, restarting the game, and even deleted the game but it still doesnt work.

Just had a weird experience. After 2+ hours playing, could not save at all, either. Quit out to root menu and restarted the game, but it's not been able to load the game menu since. Just keeps waiting after having "pressed any button to continue".

Even after having unplugged the system, still no luck. I've reinstalled the game to no avail. Game is stuck on "Please wait"
