Child's Xbox activity will not show in Microsoft Family Safety screen time

    Hello community!

I have purchased an Xbox Series X, registered it and made it my home xbox.

As I added my account, my family members got added to the xbox as well, which is all good! I can see my daughter's activity just fine, screen time limit working fine as well.

My son's account on the other hand is not working properly - I can only see his time spent on Windows machine, but the time he spends on xbox is not working. Also, as soon as he logs on to Xbox, it says - 'screen time limits removed - enjoy' however noone removed it.

I have tried to remove him and add back to the family group, but still can't see his activity.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

    :)

Thanks for confirming. This means that there’s clearly an issue on Xbox. I recommend that you report the issue directly to the Xbox Team via Report a problem app so it will be investigated properly. Check the guide here on how to report an issue https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

    Hi BalazsBolgar!

There's no need for you to change it to adult. His account is supposed be child. Let's instead remove his profile from the Xbox system and power cycle your console before adding it back.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address that's linked to his gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

    1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

    2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

I understand. Can you please try to change it to adult and check if there's any changes? Thanks!
