Childhood Account Banned

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I had a childhood account on my old Xbox 360 from 2014 the gamertag was GodModePartyhat. Upon trying to get into the account i found it was banned. I contacted Xbox and they said it was permanent. I tried to appeal the ban but it was over 12 months ago. Doing some more research and digging i found out when my cousin stole my old Xbox 360 from my house he was still using the account on the Xbox. I did not know this at the time because i was unable to get another one and did not have a phone when i was 13. I was wondering if anyone @XBoX could help me resolve this due to i was not the one using the account. I tried asking my cousin if he was the one who got me banned and just laughed and said he sold my Xbox for elicit money uses. I miss my old childhood account and was wanting to play again on it.

Unfortunately they gave you incorrect information. The enforcement teams are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums.

Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have the ban lifted. Since it happened over 12 months ago, that is no longer possible so there is no way to have the ban lifted.

You have to set whether the account will be adult = no borders or childhood and it is in privacy & security.

Hi this is NFDKARON and i got my xbox account ban without a reason after i got a 4 day communication ban which ends tomorrow and i also wanted to say im deeply sorry for the actions i committed on xbox when i have specific proof that the person started it.How do i get my xbox perm ban removed because I can’t really loose all my progress and i feel deeply sorrow about all my childhood memories n games
