Child security inaccessible

Hi, is it a common issue to not be able to change your daughters safety settings or add it to a family account?

It's been ok for years and now she seems to have been removed from my family and nobody can even access her settings.

I've spent about 6 hours speaking to various advisors and nobody can seem to fix it or even just escalate it to the right person. Is this not illegal?

We've created a dummy account which my wife is able to add and remove on her account, but doesnt work with neither my account () or my daughters (PrincessFaith15) so it appears the problem is with creating and adding of family on those 2 accounts.

All looks ok for mine, however I'm not able to view my daughters

My acc () no longer has a family account because my daughters account was removed from it (not by us) and the security settings were reset and locked (not by us).

Now we can't do anything with it because we now can't re add it to a family.
