Child screening time limit not working for some games.

I already set screening time for my kids account on xbox one settings. While this time limit working for most games, it does not works for some games (some game selections in fifa 17) and dome games. Is this normal or am I doing some thing wrong.

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. How to limit time if not signed into an account

How can a parent limit game time for a child if the child is not signed into their account account. For example, my child can play NHL 2018 without being signed into an account.

    Hey,

I don't think it runs dependant on games, I would assume it counts from a time signed in and a game launched?

I've not been able to test the features myself but here's something that might help if you're having the issue still.

1 - Remove the account from the xbox (Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One)

2 - Clear the cache by performing a powercycle on the console (Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console)

3 - Add the account back to the Xbox using the first link I provided and see if that helps to clear up the issue.

I’m pretty sure the reason it doesn’t work in some games like Fifa is because you do not need to sign into them with your account. It only registers when you log in with the account that has scree limits. Unfortunately, some kids know this and that’s what
    they do.
